By accessing or using IylaVista, an AI-powered platform provided by IylaVista Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use our platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of IylaVista’s features and services (the "Services").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction but at least 13, a parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Description of the Service
IylaVista leverages AI to connect startups with investors, media contacts, and networking opportunities. By using our Services, you are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality and agree not to misuse the platform.
4. Input and Output Data
You retain ownership of any data you upload to IylaVista ("Input"). The platform may process your Input to generate recommendations, matches, or insights ("Output"). You must have the rights to use the Input and may not misrepresent the origin of the Output.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
All payments for subscriptions or paid services are non-refundable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
IylaVista and its associated technologies, branding, and content are the intellectual property of IylaVista Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior authorization.
7. Fair Use and Restrictions
a. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools or bots to access, extract, or analyze data from IylaVista without prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the underlying source code, algorithms, or infrastructure of the platform.
- Bypass or attempt to circumvent any authentication, security measures, or access restrictions of IylaVista.
- Use the platform in a manner that disrupts its functionality, including through excessive API requests, unauthorized access, or other harmful activities.
b. Data Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data, outputs, or insights generated by IylaVista, whether in original or modified form, without explicit written permission from IylaVista Inc.
- Misrepresent IylaVista-generated outputs as originating from another source or claim them as your own creation without appropriate attribution, where required.
c. Ownership of Data
IylaVista retains all rights, titles, and interests in its platform data, algorithms, and generated insights, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing. You agree that:
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of platform data constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property laws.
d. Monitoring and Enforcement
IylaVista reserves the right to monitor usage for compliance with these Terms and may take action, including account suspension or legal measures, against violations.
8. Data Privacy and Security
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, IylaVista is not liable for breaches beyond our control.
9. AI Limitations
The AI systems used by IylaVista may not be entirely accurate or free of bias. You are responsible for validating insights or recommendations before acting on them. IylaVista is not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated outputs.
10. Limitation of Liability
IylaVista Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits or data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify IylaVista Inc. against claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits. You may opt out of arbitration by notifying IylaVista within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
13. Termination
IylaVista Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
